We are now inviting qualified individuals to join our organisation in the role of Community Services Officer at our Taigum office in Brisbane.
We are looking for someone who:-

 Has the relevant qualifications
 Has relevant skills and knowledge of Aged and Disability sector including NDIS
 Has experience in supporting, mentoring and providing leadership to others
 Is able to ensure clients will achieve their goals through the wellness and re-ablement model
 Has an analytical mindset with great problem solving abilities
 Has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other similar data base system experience
 Is passionate about networking and building community relationships
 Is energetic, self-motivated and results orientated
 Can communicate clearly in a professional manner
 Is extremely organised and efficient
 Thrives and can multitask in a fast paced environment
