A handyman without the complications.
St John’s Community Care respects the choice of an increasing number of people who wish to stay in their homes as they age. We have expanded our home maintenance, home modification and transport services to support these people within our community.
How can we make your house a home?
Every year, more than 25,000 home maintenance hours of service are provided for our clients, including minor repairs and yard maintenance. The aim of this service is to assist clients to have a safe and secure home environment by carrying out tasks that do not require the skill of a qualified trade person.
Additionally, St John’s Community Care assists with home modifications so clients can continue to move about safely. As part of the Minor and Major Modifications program, the organisation provides information on project management and helps people find accredited contractors.
